Effective tooling is essential for achieving high quality carbon fibre components, ensuring precision, efficiency and consistency in composite manufacturing. Starting from when we receive a pattern block, we dedicate our time to sealing and releasing all the way through to laminating and curing the parts on a low temperature cure.
Our composites cleanroom environment is designed for the precise and effective lay-up of carbon fibre prepreg components. We ensure a high-quality composite production by providing a temperature-controlled room and a clean workspace for our carbon fibre technicians. The whole laminating process is KEY to producing the highest and dimensionally accurate finished components.
Our trim and assembly section is created for cured carbon fibre components to be precisely trimmed, finished and assembled to meet the final specifications. This area is designed for accuracy, efficiency and quality control, ensuring that each component meets the structural and aesthetic standards. We have utilised our space in the trim shop providing a comfortable trimming area for large components insuring no limitations for our trim technicians.
